NanoInk Assay Kits

NanoInk has developed a range of completely configured kits for miniaturized, multiplexed protein analysis. Nano BioDiscovery proteomic assay kits pair the power of Dip Pen Nanolithography® (DPN®) deposited protein nanoarray slides with a simple, validated assay that can be conducted on the lab bench utilizing standard protocols and fluorescent detection methods or automated using NanoInk’s SBS-compliant consumables and commercially available lab automation systems.  The power of nanoscale confers unparalleled assay sensitivity, so nanoarrays can detect proteins that other platforms may miss. And they do so in a multi-parallel, high-throughput format with the smallest of samples sizes.

Features and Benefits

  • Quantified proteomic data from rare and precious samples: extract multiplexed protein biomarker data from just 2 µl of sample
  • Miniaturized, automatable assays

Low abundance protein biomarker detection: achieve up to single femtogram/ml assay sensitivity with the NanoInk system’s 0.5 µm resolution detection capabilities
  • Exceptional reproducibility: leverage highly uniform DPN-deposited antibody nanoarray features
  • Throughput flexibility: choose multi-parallel, automated testing or simple bench top analysis using up to 96 samples per slide
  • Reduced assay cost: use minimal volumes of reagents and achieve rapid reaction kinetics using a nanoscale assay

Human Inflammation Cytokine Assay

The Human Inflammation Cytokine Assay is a miniaturized immunoassay capable of simultaneously evaluating multiple biomarkers in a single sub-array on a nanoarray slide. This multiplex assay measures a panel of 10 cytokines (IL- 1α, IL-1β, IL-2, IL-3, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-8, IFNγ and TNFα) plus a positive and a negative control. All nanoarray slides, sample slides, reagents, buffers, standards, and slide holders necessary to perform the assay are included in the kit.
