Nano BioDiscovery proteomic assay kits pair the power of Dip Pen Nanolithography® (DPN®) deposited protein nanoarray slides with a simple, validated assay that can be conducted on the lab bench utilizing standard protocols and fluorescent detection methods or automated using NanoInk’s SBS-compliant consumables and commercially available lab automation systems. Human Inflammation Cytokine Assay

The Human Inflammation Cytokine Assay is a miniaturized immunoassay capable of simultaneously evaluating multiple biomarkers in a single sub-array on a nanoarray slide. This multiplex assay measures a panel of 10 cytokines (IL- 1α, IL-1β, IL-2, IL-3, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-8, IFNγ and TNFα) plus a positive and a negative control. All nanoarray slides, sample slides, reagents, buffers, standards, and slide holders necessary to perform the assay are included in the kit.
