DPN® Sample Substrates
NanoInk's Sample Substrates make DPN® experiments easier than other available substrates. Each substrate is pre-diced and pre-marked with addressable location labels. This is an important and time saving feature when doing DPN. The markings make it easy to find and align to regions on the surface that were previously written with DPN patterns. NanoInk has also developed a specialized packaging and storage regimen to preserve the useful life of these substrates.

Gold Coated Silicon Substrates
- Thermally evaporated, patterned, gold coated silicon substrates
- 8.5 mm die
- Nominal 10 nm Ti / 50 nm Au; rms roughness ~ 1 nm
- Specially addressed
- Quantities available: 4 substrates or 40 substrates, diced
Silicon Dioxide Substrates
- Patterned, silicon dioxide substrates
- Standard grade FAB cleaning
- Specially addressed
- Quantities available: 10 substrates or full wafer (80 substrates), diced
